I also forgot to mention in the video to take a day of rest in between your chin-up days so your body can adapt and recover. E-mail me, call me, text me, or post in the comments section below if you are participating. Let your coach know as well. This would be fun challenge to do especially since you can see at the end of the month how much stronger you’ve gotten 🙂
